What is the Bpifrance diagnostic?
The Cybersecurity Diagnostic is an official program from Bpifrance designed to help companies assess their level of cybersecurity maturity and build an action plan tailored to their challenges.
This diagnostic is formalized by Bpifrance: the methodology and the report template are defined by Bpifrance, and it is carried out by a cybersecurity provider, such as Secureaks.
Secureaks carries out this diagnostic on your behalf, following the official Bpifrance framework, and can then support you in implementing the recommendations if you wish.

How does Bpifrance's financing work in practice?
Bpifrance directly finances 50% of the €8,800 excl. VAT cost, i.e. €4,400 excl. VAT. The exact administrative process (invoicing, timing) is explained to you when we set up the diagnostic.
How long does the diagnostic take?
It depends on the size of your organization, but a typical diagnostic, from scoping to restitution, is carried out over a few weeks.
What happens after the diagnostic?
You receive a formal report and a prioritized action plan. If you wish, we can then support you in implementing the recommendations, whether through consulting, a penetration test, a source code audit, or a managed SOC.
Is this diagnostic compatible with other cybersecurity actions we're already taking?
Yes. The diagnostic gives you an overall view of your maturity and can complement actions already underway, such as a penetration test or ongoing consulting support.
Does the diagnostic replace a penetration test or a source code audit?
No. The diagnostic assesses your overall security maturity (organizational and technical). A penetration test or a source code audit goes much deeper on a specific system or application. The two are complementary.
